atheistramblings:

A US federal court has granted permission for a Christian teenager to wear a t-shirt to school with the slogan “Be Happy, Not Gay”.

The student wants to ware the shirt to class on the “Day of Truth” a Christian group’s anti-homosexuality response to the “Day of Silence” which is intended to raise awareness about discrimination against gays.

The school had originally banned the T-Shirt on the grounds that is was insulting. The Federal court agreed with the student’s claim that such a ban was an affront to his freedom of expression.

Next Darwin Day, “Be tolerant, Not Christian”.

I really have nothing to add here.
